Servus KI is built in Graz by people who treat software as a tool that has to work on a Monday morning in a busy practice, not as a demo.

About Servus KI

Servus KI is an AI phone assistant from Graz, built for medical practices. It picks up when nobody on the team can, books appointments by the practice's own rules, answers the questions that come back every day and keeps a clear record of every conversation. Developed and operated in Austria, with data protection built in rather than added later.

Dr. techn. Alireza Fasih

Co-Founder and CTO

A Graz-based technology entrepreneur, software engineer and AI specialist with a strong academic background in transportation informatics and real-time emotion detection. At Servus KI he leads technology and product: the speech and AI chain behind every call, the connections to practice software and telephony, and on-premise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for sensitive data. Deep expertise in full-stack engineering, modern machine learning frameworks and high-performance hardware architectures lets him bridge cutting-edge AI research and solutions that scale in everyday practice.

Konstantin Pollanz, MSc

Co-Founder and CEO

An Austrian entrepreneur with a background in business administration and strategic entrepreneurship. As CEO he is responsible for economic strategy, financial planning and the team at Servus KI. He keeps in touch with practices and partners and makes sure the technology turns into an offer that adds up for a medical practice.

Oliver Wimmer

Co-Founder and COO

As COO, Oliver Wimmer runs day-to-day operations at Servus KI: onboarding new practices, the way support works, and the quality that actually reaches the customer. He accompanies practices from the first setup to settled everyday use and carries what he hears in operations straight back into product development.
