No callback, no note. The appointment is set.
Servus KI books appointments by your practice's rules and enters them straight into your calendar. Callers hang up with an appointment, not with a promise that somebody will get in touch.

What is behind it
01
One calendar per doctor, per treatment room
You create as many calendars as your practice needs, each with its own appointment types and times. Servus KI knows which request belongs in which calendar.
02
The rules are yours
How long a first assessment takes, which appointments are only given in the morning, how much buffer sits between two patients: you enter that once. Servus KI only offers what fits your grid.
03
A booking page for everyone who would rather not call
Alongside the phone there is a public page where patients book themselves. Both work on the same calendar, so no slot is given out twice.
04
The appointment is there immediately, not in the evening
What is agreed on the phone is in the calendar the same moment. There is no list somebody types up in the evening and no gap in which two people get the same slot.
How it works in practice
- 1
Mr Kern calls at 8:40 and would like a check-up. Reception is already on the phone, so Servus KI answers.
- 2
Servus KI asks for the name and the request, looks in the right calendar and offers two appointments that match your rules for that appointment type.
- 3
Mr Kern takes Thursday at 9:20. The appointment is in the calendar before he has hung up. In the call list the conversation appears with the category "appointment booking".
With and without
Today
- The caller is promised a callback.
- The appointment takes two steps and two phone calls.
- Appointment requests sit on notes and are typed in during the evening.
- Anyone calling outside consultation hours waits until the next morning.
With Servus KI
- The caller hangs up with an appointment.
- It happens in one conversation.
- They are in the calendar immediately.
- They get an appointment at 8 in the evening too.

Frequently asked questions
Does this work with our practice management system?
We clarify that in the first call. We adapt to your calendar, not the other way round. Which connection is possible in your case depends on the interface your system offers.
What happens if an appointment is cancelled?
The cancellation takes the same route as the booking: Servus KI takes it on the phone and frees the slot again.
Can we exclude certain appointment types from automatic booking?
Yes. You define which requests Servus KI may schedule itself and which are transferred.
What does an additional calendar cost?
€19 per month and calendar. Most practices set up one calendar per doctor. All prices are plus VAT.
