The same questions, answered by Servus KI from now on.

Opening hours, parking, what to bring to a first examination, how to request a prescription: you enter it once and Servus KI tells every caller. Change something and it applies from the next call.

How the knowledge base works: the practice maintains its information once, and Servus KI uses it to answer calls, chat requests and emails.

What is behind it

01

You maintain it yourself, without us

No support ticket, no call to us, no waiting. You enter the information and it is in use from the next call. If the practice closes early on Friday, Servus KI knows from Thursday evening.

02

Servus KI answers only with what you have entered

What is not in the knowledge base, Servus KI does not invent. For a question outside what is entered, the call is transferred or the request is recorded. That is the difference between information and a language model that chats.

03

Every answer can be read back

What Servus KI said is in the transcript of the call. If a patient claims to have understood something differently, you can look it up instead of arguing.

04

The questions you already answer thirty times a day

With 180 calls a day, a substantial share is information that needs no medical knowledge. Those are exactly the calls your team no longer has to take.

How it works in practice

  1. 1

The practice enters into the knowledge base: how to prepare for a blood test, parking in the rear courtyard, prescription requests by Wednesday 12:00, holiday in the second week of August.

  2. 2

A patient calls and asks whether they need to fast for the blood test. Servus KI answers with the text you entered and asks whether anything else is open.

  3. 3

The call appears in the call list under "other", with a summary. Nobody on the team had to pick up the phone. It stays visible all the same.

With and without

Today

  • The same question is answered thirty times a day, every time by a person.
  • When opening hours change, reception hears first and the answering machine last.
  • Anyone calling outside consultation hours learns nothing at all.
  • The answer depends on who happens to pick up.

With Servus KI

  • It is entered once and answered automatically after that.
  • You change one line and it applies from the next call.
  • They get the same information as at ten in the morning.
  • Everyone gets the same answer, in your own words.

Frequently asked questions

How many entries can I add?

As many as your practice needs. It makes sense to start with the ten most common questions; every practice team knows those by heart.

What happens with a question that is not entered?

Servus KI says it cannot answer that and transfers the call or records the request, depending on what you have defined for that situation. It does not guess.

Do I have to install anything for this?

No. You log in through the browser and type the text in.

Who on the team may change entries?

Everyone with access to your account. Who gets which rights is agreed together during setup.
