Not all your patients speak German. Servus KI does.

Servus KI takes calls in other languages too, understands the request and books the appointment. Your team no longer has to improvise when somebody on the phone is searching for words.

What is behind it

01

The request is understood, not just the call answered

The difference from a recorded message in several languages: Servus KI holds the conversation, records the name and the request and books an appointment. At the end there is a result, not a callback note.

02

It relieves exactly the calls that take longest

A call with a language barrier ties up reception for far longer than average and blocks the line for everyone else. Those are exactly the calls you catch.

03

You read the result in German

The summary and category in the dashboard appear the way your team needs them. You do not have to speak the language to see what it was about.

04

You decide when a call is transferred

If a request stays unclear, the same rule applies as always: transfer or mark for follow-up. It does not guess.

How it works in practice

  1. 1

A patient calls and speaks little German. Until now that would have meant a long conversation full of clarifying questions.

  2. 2

Servus KI switches to her language, records the name and the request and suggests two appointments.

  3. 3

The appointment is in the calendar. In the call list the assistant sees in German what it was about and that an appointment was booked.

With and without

Today

  • Language barriers cost reception the most time per call.
  • Often all that is left at the end is a callback note.
  • Anyone who cannot make themselves understood eventually stops calling.
  • Who on the team speaks which language decides on care.

With Servus KI

  • The conversation runs in the caller's language.
  • At the end there is an appointment.
  • They get the same access as everyone else.
  • The information does not depend on who is on duty.
