"Are my results in yet?" recorded, without giving information on the phone
One of the most common types of call there is, and one where giving information on the phone is out of the question. Servus KI records the enquiry in full and hands it to your team; the AI never gives out the content of results.
What is behind it
01
No result content on the phone
Servus KI reads out no values and passes on no results. The enquiry is recorded; the information stays with the people in your practice.
02
Complete rather than patchy
Name, date of birth, which examination it concerns and when it took place, so that your team does not have to call back just to ask who called.
03
Callback or appointment, as you define it
Depending on the rule, Servus KI books a discussion appointment, records a callback request or points to the times when your team discusses results.
How it works in practice
- 1
A patient calls three days after the blood test. Servus KI records the name, date of birth and the examination and files the enquiry in a structured form.
- 2
A caller asks for the result. Servus KI explains politely that results are only discussed by the practice team and arranges the callback by your rule.
- 3
The call comes in at 19:30. The next morning the enquiry is already there in full, instead of as a message on the answering machine.
Today and with Servus KI
Today
Enquiries about results interrupt reception exactly when patients are standing in front of them. Anyone who does not get through leaves a message that has to be listened to and transferred.
With Servus KI
The enquiry is complete before anybody picks up the phone, and your team calls back purposefully instead of listening to messages.

Frequently asked questions
Does Servus KI read out results on the phone?
No. Servus KI gives out no result content. The enquiry is recorded in a structured way and your team handles the discussion.
How does Servus KI know whether a result has arrived?
It does not check that itself. The enquiry is recorded and handed to your team, who can see the status in your practice system.
Can patients send the result themselves instead?
Yes, for the reverse direction there is the contact form with secure file upload, for example for a specialist's result your practice does not have yet.
Is the enquiry matched to a patient record?
Servus KI records the name and date of birth so that the match in your system is unambiguous. Transferring it into the record stays with your team.
