People who get a reminder turn up.

Servus KI sends appointment confirmations and reminders by SMS, straight out of the call. No note, no mix-up, and considerably fewer appointments where nobody appears.

What is behind it

01

The confirmation arrives immediately

Whoever books an appointment on the phone has it in writing afterwards. The date and time are fixed instead of fading from memory.

02

Reminders reduce empty appointments

A reminder before the appointment is the simplest remedy against no-shows. It costs 15 cents. A missed appointment costs many times that.

03

From within the call as well

If a callback is due or information has to follow, your team sends an SMS straight from the call detail, without typing the number out.

04

Every message is logged

Recipient, template, status and cost are in the analytics. If a question comes up, you can show whether and when something went out.

How it works in practice

  1. 1

Mr Kern books an appointment on the phone for Thursday at 9:20.

  2. 2

Immediately afterwards he receives an SMS with the date, time and address of the practice.

  3. 3

The day before, the reminder follows. On Thursday he is there, and the appointment did not stay empty.

With and without

Today

  • The appointment is on a note, or nowhere.
  • Forgotten appointments only show up when nobody comes.
  • Questions about times cost another phone call.
  • Whether information arrived stays open.

With Servus KI

  • It is in writing on the phone.
  • The reminder goes out beforehand.
  • The message can be read again.
  • The log shows the status.

Frequently asked questions

What does an SMS cost?

€0.15 per message. You can see the running usage in the analytics at any time.

Can we set the texts ourselves?

Yes, through templates. What the confirmation and the reminder say is up to you.

When does the reminder go out?

You set the time. The day before is usual.

Do we need consent from patients for this?

For an appointment confirmation that follows from the appointment agreed, as a rule not. For messages beyond that, yes. We go through this with you during setup.
