Not every caller speaks German. The appointment is booked anyway.

When somebody on the phone is searching for words, reception usually improvises. Servus KI holds the conversation in the caller's language, records the name and the request and books the appointment. Your team reads the result in German.

What is behind it

01

A conversation, not a recorded message

The difference from a multilingual recorded message: Servus KI holds the conversation, understands the request and books an appointment. At the end there is a result, not a callback note.

02

The result in German

The summary and category appear the way your team needs them. You do not have to speak the language to see what it was about.

03

An add-on, not imposed

Multiple languages is an add-on. Practices without calls in other languages do not pay for it.

How it works in practice

  1. 1

A caller starts in English. Servus KI switches to her language, records the name and request and suggests two appointments.

  2. 2

A caller switches back to German mid-conversation. Servus KI follows, without the conversation starting over.

  3. 3

The next morning your team reads the summary in German, with the request, the appointment and the callback number.

Today and with Servus KI

Today

With calls in other languages people improvise: colleagues are hunted down, a relative is supposed to call back later, or the call ends without an appointment.

With Servus KI

The conversation runs in the caller's language, the appointment is set, and your team reads the result in German.

Frequently asked questions

Does my team have to understand the language?

No. The summary and category are in German in the dashboard, whatever language the conversation was held in.

Are appointments booked in other languages too?

Yes. The same booking logic applies as in German: your appointment types, your slot lengths, your rules.

What do multiple languages cost?

It is an add-on and is booked separately. Current terms are at servus-ki.com/en/pricing.

What happens if a language is not recognised?

Then Servus KI hands over to your team by your rule, instead of holding a conversation that helps nobody.
